Every State in Australia has legislation designed to protect the health, safety and welfare of people at work, this legislation is generally referred to as Work Health and Safety (WHS) or Workplace Health and Safety. The legislation places safety duties upon all persons at work including Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU).
Employers (PCBUs) have a safety duty to provide information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure health and safety of employees at work.

Bluetron is a member of the Elevating Work Platform Association of Australia and the newly formed Telescopic Handler Association of Australia. We are able to provide you with Nationally Recognised evidence of training for EWPs (Yellow Card) and Telescopic Handlers (Gold Card) through the EWPA Trained Operator Program (see the following pages on Yellow Card and Gold Card).
